The Alertus Mobile Recipient App allows end users to receive push notifications from the Alertus System. It also offers a panic button feature so users can quickly and easily send incident reports to emergency managers.

Recipient App Capabilities

Simple User Interface: Users can easily report an incident or view past alert history
Geo-tagged Incident Reporting: Users can report incidents with their current location using the Google map interface (Hybrid and Satellite view options) and send a customized message in the message box, or select from multiple incident types with quick-action buttons via the panic button in which users can select from multiple pre-set incident types with quick-action buttons to deliver to emergency management.
Custom Branding: Organizations can custom brand the home screen and notification details so users easily identify notifications as an extension of the organization's safety resources
Foreign Language Support: Users can get initial support for French, Spanish, and Portuguese

Incident Reporting Tool

With the new Incident Reporting Tool, users can report incidents with their current location so emergency personnel know exactly where to go. Utilize multiple incident types with quick-action buttons or send a customized message in the message box. For higher accuracy, use the mapping feature to set an incident pin to tip a dispatcher to the location of the incident.

Deliver site-specific, fast, accurate, and detailed notifications directly to the people who need it the most, wherever they are. ThreatWatcher can automatically broadcast real-time weather updates and up-to-the-minute, site-specific warnings from AccuWeather SkyGuard® Severe Weather warnings, the National Weather Service, and Environment Canada National Warnings and Alerts to multiple alerting modalities of the Alertus Emergency Notification System, including the Alertus Alert Beacon®, Alertus DesktopTM Notification, and the Alertus Mobile App.
